We are excited to be matchmaking a collaboration of Cambridge BID businesses, coming together to deliver a FREE wellbeing event for workers during Mental Health Awareness Week (12 to 18 May 2025).
Our event host is Cushman & Wakefield (property managers of 50-60 Station Road and other buildings). The workshops are from the A Cup of Well event series by Victoria Rothe, owner of Tea Apothecary in Magdalene Street, and Siobhan Kelly, of Cambridge Tarot. Workshops look at the theme of 'Mind, Body and Soul: holistic wellness in a busy world' and 'Intuition: your personal super-power'.
Supporting Workplace Wellbeing
Collaboration is great for our business community, and Cambridge BID is keen to connect businesses from different sectors with one another. This ensures a flow of skills and services within the local economy.
To exemplify this, we’re joining forces with several other businesses to deliver an event to recognise Mental Health Awareness Week (May 12 – 18).
On Tuesday 13th May, 50/60 Station Road (managed by Cushman & Wakefield) will host two lunchtime workshops to champion workplace well-being. This will be a dedicated event for Cushman & Wakefield’s building occupiers and will provide a space for conversation, learning, and practical strategies.
Workshop 1: 'Mind, Body and Soul: holistic wellness in a busy world'
Workshop 2: 'Intuition: your personal super-power'
These workshops are part of A Cup Of Well, a passion project between two friends and local business owners in Cambridge: Victoria Rothe of Tea Apothecary and Siobhan Kelly of Cambridge Tarot.
Victoria and Siobhan explain:
“Our collaboration has evolved from a shared belief that both personal and professional success is rooted in wellbeing. We've carefully crafted these workshops to help professionals build resilience and maintain a balanced pace at work, even on the busiest days.
As small business owners in Cambridge, we are committed to sustainable growth, and it’s been a pleasure partnering with Cambridge BID and Cushman & Wakefield to expand the reach of A Cup of Well. By prioritizing wellbeing, companies and employees both flourish and prosper”.
Shane Townsend (Community Hub Director) describes their role in the collaboration:
“At Cushman & Wakefield, we believe a thriving work community starts with well-being. By opening our doors to these innovative workshops, we’re giving our occupiers the tools to build self-belief and maintain a healthy work pace - even under pressure. It’s all part of creating a supportive space where every business, and every employee, can succeed”.
