Window Wanderland is a UK-wide community arts project encouraging households, shops and public buildings to decorate their front windows with colourful displays of lights and art materials.

Cambridge Live is managing the Cambridge Window Wanderland event, January 10th-23rd, 2022.

Cambridge BID Artists Brief

Cambridge BID is looking for creative people to design and create a Window Wanderland display that will light up the ground floor windows of Office blocks on Station Road.

We will commission creative people to design colourful displays to inspire locals, tourists and office workers on this key route into the city.
Window Wanderland displays are made from simple materials like tissue paper and card that can be illuminated from behind.
Applicants must be available during week of 3rd – 9th January 2022 to create the designs on-site (Exact date will be arranged).
This is a paid opportunity.
Cost of materials will be covered by Cambridge BID.
